Meh, off night. Not in the mood to shoot. Yes it's overly bright with serious hotspots, it was intentional. No the background isn't supposed to be pure white, it was a lavendar color to begin.
I'm starting to wonder if you can manipulate her mouth to adjust the smile. Like Kim, I like the off centered position of your model. And don't worry, we all have at least one off day. Your gallery still looks stunning.
Despite your ambivalence, I do like the off-centre composition and at least she still smiled for you. Your model has so much patience.
